Call for Abstracts: 11th ECSACOP Annual Scientific Conference & AGM
The East, Central, and Southern Africa College of Physicians (ECSACOP), in collaboration with the Zambia College of Physicians (ZACOPH), is pleased to announce the Call for Abstracts for the upcoming 11th ECSACOP Annual Scientific Conference and Annual General Meeting, scheduled to take place in Lusaka, Zambia.
This annual scientific gathering provides a regional platform for physicians, researchers, trainees, and healthcare professionals to present original research, share innovations, and exchange evidence-based practices aimed at strengthening healthcare systems and clinical excellence across Africa.

Abstract Submission Areas
Authors are invited to submit abstracts in, but not limited to, the following areas:
- AI in Clinical Decision-Making and Patient Care: Focusing on diagnostics, clinical decision support, and real-world implementation.
- Strengthening Evidence-Based Medicine through AI: Covering systematic reviews, guideline development, and rapid evidence synthesis.
- Transforming Physician Training in the Digital Era: Addressing AI in postgraduate training, simulation, and curriculum reform.
- Digital Health Systems and Infrastructure: Discussing EHRs, interoperability, and scaling innovations in low-resource settings.
- Equity and Access in AI-Enabled Healthcare: Focusing on rural access, underserved populations, and inclusive design.
- Ethics, Governance, and Responsible AI: A dedicated track for bias, data governance, accountability, and patient trust.
